| To propagate and establish yoga centres, the Rajasthan Swasthya Yoga Parishad provides training to men, women and students. The Parishad, founded in 1974, runs 10 centres in that develop the body, pranayams or breathing exercises, concentration and breathing techniques. |

To propagate yoga education and establish a centres in the entire state, the Rajasthan asthya Yoga Parishad is providing training free charge to men, women and students. Founded 1974 by yoga lovers, it has today emerged as a pioneering institute in yoga. The parishad at present is running ten centres in Jaipur city alone.
The physical branch of yoga consists of the ;asanas i.e. the exercises and positions which develop the body and the pranayamas; the breathing exercises. Mental development in yoga 3mes through concentration and breathing technique. The parishad has its own building and big campus dedicated to yoga activities in Jaipur. |
