Functional area of operations
The Institution is an exclusive postgraduate professional education school.  It operates many important PG courses of contemporary value, each course recognized by AICTE/UGC and affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.

Location
The Institute is located in Dadabari Extension, Kota (Raj.) at a wide spread campus of Modi Education Complex.  The Modi Education Complex is situated on a landscape of 10 acre in the center of the city, about 10 kms from Kota Railway Station and 6 kms. from central bus terminal.  All buildings including MIMT complex in the Dadabari Campus are finished with an excellent architectural design, well planned sprawling green lawns and trees.  The institute building has about 70 thousand sq.ft. built up area provided with sufficient number of classrooms and theatre size lecture halls.  The six number theatre size lecture halls are equipped with high-class audio system fitted in. All classrooms and lecture halls are provided with electronic visual projection devices and mica boards to ensure effective teaching-learning in the institute hours.

Infrastructure:
The Institute has one of the best infrastructural set-ups.  The Institute premise is wide opened from all sides and covered by large trees and plantation, projecting a highly conducive environment for education.  An excellent architectural view with all around marble flooring makes the building highly elegant.  From the viewpoint of amenities, canteen facility, water coolers, waterfilter-cum-aquaguard, girls common room, lunch room, indoor games hall, Badminton and Tennis court yards, vehicle parking stand, sports stadium etc. are available in the institute premises.  The laboratories viz. Biotech labs, microbiology labs, computer labs, electronics and communication labs are fully equipped with latest and modern equipments, supported by UPS and overall power back-up by D.G. Set  to ensure uninterrupted operations. There are four computer labs and one computer centre in the institute along with a computer workshop.  About 120 latest version computers are available in the institute in these labs, fully networked.

Faculty position and Teaching-learning process -
The institute has well acclaimed faculty teachers in all sectors of institutional operations.  The teachers have been exposed to extensive training and Seminar participation.  The teachers also actively participate in the in-house programs as well outside, through presentation of study papers.  Quite a few articles are published in the magazines and newspapers by the faculty teachers of this institute year to year.   Regular theory classes with sample exercises are conducted so as to ensure clear understanding at student's end.  Practical in the laboratory actively pursued by the supporting staff to ensure facilitation to the student is the basic trait of the institute curriculum.

Activation to n effective assimilation by students  -
The Institute library contains more than eight thousand books of latest editions in different subjects and as many as 40 journals and 20 magazines are regularly subscribed.  The library setup provides an additional facility  of six cabins constructed on Duplex Floor  maintaining isolation from reading hall, to enable students carry individual reading with in the library, if felt so. Summary Note practice, an ideal initiative in the classroom education has been introduced in the institute since inception. A hand out at the hands of students three days before the schedule lecture, is considered a source of inspiration to prepare for interaction in the classroom.  This innovative tool has improved upon classroom effectiveness dramatically.

   
Games & Sports facilities in the institute campus
A rare facility, not available in most institutions, exists in this Institute campus for sports. A full-fledged stadium is available to cater for different sports and to organize tournaments of large size participation. It also facilitates organization of cultural and other events conveniently and gracefully.  Indoor games facilities have been created in the institute building with properly designed indoor halls.
     
Operational Congeniality and student welfare
The Institute management is vigilant about the personality part of its students along with development of participative skills.  Thus, regular programs, conferences, induction lectures etc are organized time to time during whole year having called eminent personalities from outside, as also utilizing available resource persons from within the institute. Overall environment in the institute is highly conducive and the relationship between the teacher and taught always remained cordial.  The Institute management does not encourage any political or commercial activity amongst students including formation of student union etc. in the interest of growing academic and professional culture in the Institute.

Achievement in the short span of institutional operations
The institute management has always been attentive to maintain dynamism and vibrancy in its working.  Here, the institute future is visualized in extra performance at the level of students, staff and the management.  As such, at its own initiative the institute has undertaken number of activities viz development of software for its library operations, software for conducting on line 'QUIZ', intranet-college information system to name a few.  A unique botanical park has been developed in the institute premises dedicated to herbal medicinal plantation by the department of Life Sciences.  In management faculty as well, projects like "Market research", and  "Organizational System Study" have been initiated and completed. 

Based on the performance exhibited on the in-house projects, the Deptt. of Science & Technology, Government of Rajasthan has awarded projects for development of softwares to this institute, the first one -  namely,  "Voice recognition System" is under development process.  Micro-soft Corp., too, has shown interest in exploiting available talent in the institute and awarded project to develop software title-"Event Management Software".

This Institute has exhibited record performance in promoting professionalization in last three years of its operations. The institute has organized two national level seminars where in more than one hundred delegates from all over India participated in each of the seminar.  These two national seminars were in the areas of business management and information technology. Binge, the first seminar titled – New Age Management and second – National Software Quiz Competition-cum-Seminar.  Eminent persons presented study papers in these seminars and many invitees witnessed the proceedings.
